As a Distinguished Engineer at Apple I developed a new approach to understanding computer based collaborative work. At Apple, I also developed a new document architecture, created and ran an industry non-profit, and helped to bring about major changes in Apple's strategic plans. As owner of Mindloom, I'm currently applying statistical learning to enhance online collaboration, further described at the project website for Peerworks.
