Each team is the customer of another team within the group and having the teams in other groups to perform peer reviews.</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Through out the course, we had examined various development methodologies and using the object-oriented analysis and design (OOA&amp;D) techniques by using the UML. Each team had gone through several iterations in the different phases of development process.</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">By dividing the class into different groups allowed us to take on some real-life projects and facing the issues that a typical team would encounter in the development process. Issues like methodology selection, workload distribution, communication strategy, facilitate peer design reviews, or presentation approaches were solved cooperatively.</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">At the end of the course, we presented our team project artifacts and prototype deliverable to the class, and shared the lesson learned. This course is well designed to teach students in the real world environment. Dr. MacLean helped each team and each team member after the class to help to clarify any question anyone might have. I think each person is greatly benefitted by these one-on-one sessions.</font></p><p>&nbsp;</p></p>
