Hello everyone,

I've posted a wiki page as a possible layout for the final webpage of our group. Feel free to take a look. Esp. Tricia, if you have the time. It's under wiki group pages, Final Website.

I'm sure we all feel a little anxious about where this project is going at this point - and that's natural considering the novelty of it. I think that Lori Anne's idea of using method to incorporate lecture material is a good idea. Still, I also think that, instead of immediately approaching the topic from that angle, we first need some kind of anchoring device. What we need is a very bare bones idea of the shape that this project will - the layout, in other words. This would act as a grounding apparatus to which we could then apply the various methods from the lectures as we proceed. I have suggested, in a previous blog, the creation of a web page on which we would have an annotated biblical passage and, adjacent, a critical analysis of that same passage. This idea is flexible enough to incorporate various methods thereby making a project that would be all-inclusive.

I invite everyone to voice their opinion regarding this basic layout via the comments section. Our facilitator Fay could then decide if there is enough of a consensus to move forward. If so, perhaps our biblical studies students could select a few passages (keeping in mind some of the interests that our lit/other area students have posted), one of which we could then democratically select to serve as our base passage.
