I have a Ph.D. degree in the Management of Information Systems and Technology (School of Information Systems and Technology, Claremont Graduate Unitversity). I also have Master’s degrees in the fields of Management of Information Systems (M.S. in MIS) and of Information Systems (M.S. in IS) and received my B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering.
