CGU IS&T professor, SL^2 co-director
I am an Associate Professor at Claremont Graduate University in the School of Information Systems & Technology. I am also the Co-Director of the Social Learning Software Lab at CGU.
Most of my research relates to two themes: 1) learning, training, and knowledge systems and 2) system design, development, and evaluation. Many of my projects lately have involved action research and/or design research.
I teach courses in IS development and research methods.
