I came to the United States at the age of 22 to participate in a Music Festival and remained in California since. My educational background begins in St. Petersburg, Russia, where I received my B.M. and M.M. from the Rimsky-Korsakov Music Conservatory under Valerian Vishnevsky. This musical journey was continued in California by obtaining M.M. in piano performance at the Cal State University Fullerton in the piano studio of Eduardo Delgado. Currently working on D.M.A. degree in piano performance at the Claremont Graduate University under the guidance of Dr.Hao Huang.
"Hands-on” experiences include participations in numerous national and international piano festivals and competitions: a grand-prize winner of two Russian national competitions, 2nd place winner at the International Liszt competition (Weimar, Germany 2004) and others( at the age of 14--a first place in the international piano competition in Tokyo.
Professional passion lies in the research and performance of piano works by Franz Liszt. I am actively involved in musical life of several Internationl Liszt Societies around the globe.
