The goal of this section is to construct in-depth profiles for each of the faculty members that will be interviewed.  A background sketh should be written for each faculty member highlighting the type of research work he/she has conducted.  Group members will take field notes at the interviews and write summaries of interviewee responses.  This should be in accordance to interview guidelines set forth in the course literature and other interview methodology literature.
