The goal of this section is to construct the foundation for the study.  The group will outline the research goals, objectives, and questions.  It will also develop the theoretical backdrop for the study drawing upon supporting literature.

4. What is the role of social conversation at CGU to facilitating knowledge discovery/insight about research?
